4. Fees and Payment

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
  • We accept electronic transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town, South Africa.
